Andover Lakes Re-Roof

Project Description

Pro Roofing installed CertainTeed Landmark PRO shingles over Resisto self-adhering waterproof underlayment. The color is Max Def Colonial Slate. We also installed 82 linear feet of CertainTeed shingle-over ridge vent for proper ventilation. CertainTeed warranties its shingles for a period of 50 years, and Pro Roofing warrants it workmanship for a period of 3 years.
