Project Description

Pro Roofing installed 18 squares of CertainTeed Flintlastic torch-down modified bitumen flat roof system over 75-lb. Glasbase underlayment. Omar chooses White for his roof color. We also installed a couple of white galvanized off-ridge vents for proper attic ventilation. CertainTeed warranties its product for 12 years, and Pro Roofing warranties its workmanship for 3 years.
